Dr. Finanzas, a Portuguese fintech leader in financial education and mortgage advisory, partnered with us to support their expansion into the Spanish market after establishing themself as a leading player in Portugal.
Spain represented a strategic opportunity due to both the scale of its mortgage market and the growing need for greater financial literacy among consumers. To capture this opportunity, we designed an integrated strategy focused on:
