European leader in online distribution of automotive and cycling products

GreenlandMX manages a highly complex catalog with hundreds of thousands of SKUs and an international operation that serves customers in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. With Spain as its primary market, the company needed to evolve its digital channel to support its rapid growth without compromising daily sales.
In 2024, the company began transforming its technology ecosystem. The goal went beyond simply switching e-commerce platforms: they needed to preserve the operational processes they had built up over the years while simultaneously implementing a new ERP (Sage) and a custom PIM, coordinating a massive catalog, market-specific pricing, inventory management, and B2B and B2C logistics.
The biggest challenge was to completely restructure the digital infrastructure while the business remained fully operational. The platform had to be migrated while preserving the history of customers, orders, URLs, and SEO rankings, all while integrating an asynchronous event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ) capable of handling massive updates to compatibility, products, and prices across 22 countries without compromising performance.
