QUALITY, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY – Quality policy

Current social and market conditions require companies to provide higher quality products and services, while also ensuring greater environmental protection and enhanced protection of their employees.

The Senior Management of WE ARE MARKETING SL. is aware of this responsibility and, as part of its commitment to continuous improvement, pollution prevention, the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health, and the improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) performance, has established an Integrated Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2023 for its consulting, project design and development, and digital marketing activities.

The organization is committed to providing its employees with an appropriate and acceptable level of occupational safety, ensuring that their health is not adversely affected as a result of their work.

Furthermore, this policy provides the framework for establishing and reviewing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety objectives and targets.

To achieve these goals, the Senior Management of WE ARE MARKETING SL. undertakes the following commitments:

To comply with all applicable legislation and regulations relating to quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety, as well as any additional requirements voluntarily agreed upon with customers.
To achieve total customer satisfaction. All employees of WE ARE MARKETING SL. are committed to making customer satisfaction a primary objective, assuming responsibility for their duties, and carrying out their work using appropriate environmental practices.
To establish and maintain communication channels with interested parties in order to understand their requirements and expectations and work towards meeting them.
To ensure that preventive activities are focused on avoiding risks and assessing those risks that cannot be eliminated.
To provide ongoing training to employees in order to enhance their competence and ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
To consider each employee’s professional competence in occupational health and safety before assigning any task.
To select equipment, working methods, and production processes with particular attention to reducing monotonous and repetitive work and minimizing its effects on employees’ health.
To prevent and minimize waste generation.
To ensure that our services are delivered in a manner that protects the environment and, whenever possible, to help our customers do the same.
To ensure the analysis and monitoring of relevant processes, implementing appropriate improvements based on the results obtained and the objectives established.
