On December 26th, we received a call from Atida with a challenge as clear as it was urgent—migrate Spain and Portugal in just three months. On the table were two Spryker stores nearing end-of-life, integrated with multiple systems and featuring their own loyalty program (Atida Cash).

The requirements were simple to state but demanding to deliver: keep the design almost identical, ensure optimal performance, and roll out gradually in Portugal and Spain.

The challenge was both technological and strategic: defining scope, prioritizing critical tasks, and organizing a team capable of parallel execution without sacrificing quality. The scale speaks for itself: 29 specialists in 3 months (architects, back-end, front-end, QA, project and delivery managers), all fully aligned. The intense discovery phase mapped integrations, front-end performance, and data migrations.

Atida, a mature client with clear KPIs and data-driven decisions, demanded the highest quality. Close collaboration with Teradisk, experts in Magento 2 + Hyvä infrastructures, was decisive for success.
