We supported Wow Tech Group in its global expansion, solving critical architecture and server issues in Magento 2, and building a solid technological foundation for five premium brands.

Wow Tech Group designs, manufactures, and sells sex toys for men and women.

Headquartered in Berlin, it operates globally, focusing on North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia, and has a strong online B2C presence, while accelerating its expansion into B2B.
At the end of 2019, we were presented with a clear challenge: they were already working with Magento 2, but were experiencing development, architecture, and server issues due to a lack of specialization.
After evaluating their objectives and needs, we defined a comprehensive structural renovation plan that included integrations with Netsuite to automate internal processes, connection with Emarsys to optimize the purchasing process with real data, an agile and flexible content management system, and a customized checkout that maximized the customer experience.
