An event that has already hailed as a “game-changer” for the Magento and Adobe Commerce ecosystem.
And now that the dust has settled, one thing is clear: Hyvä DevParadise 2026 wasn’t just about what was discussed on stage, but the powerful connections forged behind the scenes.
Kicking off the session on 17th April with Willem Wigman, CEO of Hyvä, presenting Hyvä POS brought the entire community to its feet. It isn’t just a tool; it’s the “missing piece” to bring Magento into the physical world. Built on a microservices architecture using Go and gRPC, this native iOS point-of-sale system allows for total synchronisation with Adobe Commerce without sacrificing the signature speed that defines Hyvä.
But the technical depth went much further, scaling towards pure architectural excellence:
There is a unanimous sentiment among attendees: “It’s the only event where the poolside chats are as valuable as the keynotes.” We wanted every moment to be intentional, and it truly was. From high-voltage DevExchange sessions to networking moments during the pre and after-parties, we achieved something we hadn’t even set out to do: reaffirming that the Magento community is a family in full growth.
A rockstar atmosphere
Sponsors of the calibre of Mollie, Adobe, Amasty, and of course, Hyvä, immersed themselves alongside attendees in the “Paradise” spirit. Feedback highlighted the exchange of ideas that defined the three days: no egos, just shared goals.
“Magento’s future isn’t just bright; it’s blinding,” was a standout comment from the networking sessions. This edition of Hyvä Paradise proved that when top-tier talent is combined with the right venue, the results are high-octane.
If you were there, you know that feeling. We have reclaimed our status as a global community of Paradisers, and the countdown to the next encounter has already begun. Soon, we’ll be sharing the talks on our YouTube channel. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, relish the photographs that capture three days of pure community.
Thank you for making Marbella unforgettable. See you in Paradise!
