Sira – WAM Labs

We face challenges together

In WAM Labs we wanted to explore a possibility: integrating an autonomous agent as another member of the team—not as a one-off tool or a prettified chatbot, but as an everyday, useful and reliable presence within the organisation.
To do this, we identified a natural channel and a use case where integration would be as seamless as possible. We chose the Human Resources environment, not because of workload, but because that’s where real, varied and frequent questions arise. Slack became the ideal interface, as it’s the space for daily conversation—informal and barrier-free.
That’s how Sira was born: an immersion experiment placing autonomous agents within the company’s internal fabric. A step towards a new generation of agents no longer perceived as impersonal assistants, but as digital colleagues capable of understanding, reasoning and acting—without the need for forced interfaces, special permissions or artificial contexts.
This project not only addresses a specific use case; above all, it allows us to redefine how autonomous agents are perceived, freeing them from the classic chatbot archetype and positioning them as new forms of organisational presence.

We evolve alongside Sira

We’re exploring how autonomous agents can take on a more active role within an organisation’s internal processes—not just as reactive assistants, but as proactive collaborators who accompany people in their day-to-day work.
Although we’re still at an early stage, every interaction with Sira brings us closer to a more ambitious vision: that autonomous agents cease to be tools and become a presence, offering continuous collaboration, contextual knowledge and a conversational style that blends seamlessly with the company’s culture.
