Today, personalizing a company’s virtual identity represents a key challenge. Salesforce’s Agentforce allows the deployment of AI agents across different environments, but its tone and style adjustments are limited to basic options—casual, neutral, or formal—making it difficult for a virtual agent to authentically reflect an organization’s values and identity.

Additionally, many implementations focus solely on text or chat environments, without leveraging more immersive channels. The lack of integrations with virtual avatars or voice interfaces limits the range of possible applications.

At WAM Labs, we address these challenges by integrating Agentforce with D-ID’s virtual avatar technology via API. This allows us to extend companies’ virtual identity and explore new scenarios for conversational AI, offering more authentic and enriched experiences.

The virtual agent is implemented using WebRTC, a real-time communication protocol that enables low-latency video and audio transmission directly on the web. This key technology enables smooth and scalable experiences without the need to install additional software.
