We face challenges together
At WAM Labs, we work with Agentforce to introduce a new paradigm in Salesforce interaction: we design conversational interfaces where users can speak with virtual agents to request information, perform actions, or complete tasks. This approach brings agility and naturalness, but it also challenges us to optimize complex or repetitive operations.
We identified that, being a purely conversational interface, all interactions require natural language. Without visual or contextual support, this can become inefficient for users who handle large volumes of information or need precision and speed in their daily work.
We also noticed that Agentforce lacks persistent memory between interactions. That’s why, at WAM Labs, we develop solutions that maintain context across requests, enabling tasks such as client follow-up, meeting preparation, or historical information management.
With AgentPlus, we combine our expertise in natural language with new interaction channels: we incorporate visual charts, fast navigation, voice communication, and contextual persistence. This elevates the user experience, optimizing efficiency and fluency in information management, and transforming the way organizations interact with their data.

We offer the ability to generate visualizations such as bar or line charts directly within the conversation, to interpret KPIs, trends, or comparisons.
Memory sets
We equip the agent with “conversational memory,” storing relevant information such as sales goals, client details, follow-up notes, and related record sets.
AgentPlus by voice
We integrate a voice interface with browser-based recognition and synthesis, ideal for situations where using a keyboard or mouse is not convenient.
