CRM (Salesforce)

Are you a Salesforce expert? Do you have 2 to 3 years of experience in platform development? In this role, you will be able to create custom solutions, work directly with the Salesforce platform, and participate in projects that will allow you to grow professionally and learn from the best. This is your moment to take the next step!

What you will do:

You are a specialist in the Salesforce platform, focused on developing custom solutions and configuring the platform, with the goal of collaborating in the implementation of CRM operations projects. To achieve this, you work closely with the project team, including the technical lead and the solution architect, who will supervise you and support you as needed to complete the assigned tasks.

In addition to being a platform specialist, you also have general knowledge such as the use of version control tools.

We count on you to:

  • Perform any configuration or development (when standard functionality does not meet the requirement) using Best Practices.
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of deployments carried out by the operations team in a supervised manner, performing medium-complexity tasks.
  • Execute assigned medium-complexity tasks such as custom developments (backend in APEX and frontend in LWC) and Salesforce platform configurations.
  • Understand the characteristics of the platform and everything that its configuration entails, such as the security and visibility model and the out-of-the-box business process functionalities.
  • Perform assigned tasks always following the company’s Best Practices and the guidelines set by the project’s technical lead.
  • Carry out the necessary unit and integration tests on your own developments to ensure deliveries are completed correctly.
  • Communicate any issues that prevent you from progressing with your work or meeting established deadlines.
  • Report the hours invested in each task.
  • Support the technical lead in resolving technical questions from more junior profiles when needed.

We grow with you, we take care of you:

    • Flexible schedule: Balance your personal and professional life.
    • Remote work: Hybrid model. We like to meet 1–2 days a week in the office, but always with maximum flexibility.
    • Special days: A day off on your birthday and on December 24 and 31.
    • Equality Plan: We promote equal participation, respect, work–life balance and fair opportunities, creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
    • Flexible compensation: Access our flexible compensation plan with Cobee and Wellhub.
    • Professional development: Development plan tailored to your profile and professional goals.
    • Short workday: Fridays until 3:00 p.m. and during summer (July and August).

What requirements you need to have:

  • Minimum previous experience of 1–2 years in incident management and coordination.
  • Good communication skills and internal customer orientation.
  • Experience in team task management and coordination is a plus.
